Role Overview
This position combines customer support and data entry work. The selected candidate will interact with customers, address their questions, and keep interaction records updated with care and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Work toward resolving customer issues efficiently and politely.
- Record customer conversations, actions taken, and follow-up details accurately.
- Support routine data entry and maintain organized records.
Eligibility
Candidates with a minimum qualification of 10+2 or graduation can apply. Both freshers and experienced applicants are eligible. Graduation is not mandatory.
