Role overview
This position is responsible for site-level administration and operational support, with a strong focus on employee experience, facility coordination, vendor management, and service quality. The role also involves handling special projects, transportation, engagement programs, and cross-functional coordination to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full range of general administrative activities for the site.
- Plan how space and resources are best used, including adjustments to existing premises where needed.
- Coordinate employee relocations, minor office changes, new office readiness, and office equipment requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives at the location.
- Help ensure the fitness centre operates smoothly.
- Take charge of event coordination and VIP visits at the site.
- Oversee business centre and pantry operations.
- Manage the continuous site Pooja arrangements and related logistics.
- Lead the Passion and sports club activities according to the annual calendar.
- Supervise sports and recreational facilities at the site.
- Introduce creative promotional activities for employees.
- Assist employees with school admission-related support.
- Make sure welfare items and giveaways are distributed on time.
- Review performance and MIS reports to identify gaps and drive improvement.
- Coordinate disaster management and emergency response activities whenever required.
- Support corporate-level initiatives and activities as needed.
- Manage projects and supervise or coordinate contractor work.
- Track vendor timelines and service quality closely, and ensure timely corrective action when needed.
- Maintain budget discipline and monitor spending.
- Maximise the use of company resources and facilities.
- Develop and implement service standards for administration-related processes in consultation with stakeholders.
- Handle special site projects.
- Ensure employee transportation runs smoothly, including buses, cars, golf carts, pool cars, and VIP cars.
- Maintain process compliance and efficiency across administration functions.
- Support strong coordination and integration across functions.
