Role Summary
This position is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, and involves ground operations as part of station and hub activity. The role supports dispatch, pickup and delivery work, packing and sorting tasks, including both domestic and international movements, while keeping service quality high.
Key Duties
- Carry out on-road ground operations, including dispatch work and pickup and delivery assignments.
- Handle picking and packing tasks as part of daily logistics flow.
- Manage domestic pickup and delivery activities as well as international pickup and delivery where required.
- Support ramp and sort operations at station and hub locations.
- Complete courier and despatch processes accurately and within required timelines.
- Provide customer service support during delivery and dispatch activities.
- Follow safe work practices and ensure operational steps are completed in a timely manner.
