Overview
UltraTech Cement is expanding steadily and is looking to strengthen its future leadership pipeline by hiring a Channel Relationship Manager (Non Trade) in Alwar, Rajasthan.
Role Details
Location: Alwar, Rajasthan
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Qualification: MBA

Branding and Market Equity
Plan and carry out promotional initiatives across the territory to strengthen brand visibility and equity.
Build awareness of value-added support services such as Mobile Lab, Info Centre, and toll-free assistance among dealers, retailers, and customers.
Sales and Business Delivery
Deliver depot sales goals, including UBS allied products, while adhering to the agreed pricing structure.
Track receivables closely and ensure collections are completed within the expected timeline.
Business Growth
Spot new opportunities, with a strong focus on institutional accounts.
Expand market share and develop long-term, productive customer relationships.
Channel Management
Assess dealer and customer credit strength, and escalate potential risks early.
Maintain the planned call cycle, capture orders and payments, and keep the SFA system updated in real time.
Customer Service
Deliver prompt and reliable customer support.
Resolve customer queries and concerns quickly and effectively.
