Role overview
Gumbati is looking for a Call Center Operator to join its team in Batumi. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to someone with relevant experience in a construction company and strong communication abilities across multiple languages.
Key requirements
- Prior work experience in a construction company is required.
- Excellent command of Georgian, English, and Russian, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Bitrix24 CRM system is essential.
