Job Summary

This position focuses on installing equipment in assigned locations safely, professionally, and according to established procedures and standards. The mission of the team is to help technology work effectively for clients by delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair low-voltage cabling systems while following safety and professionalism standards
• Test cabling thoroughly and accurately before leaving the job site to confirm it is working correctly
• Operate the assigned company vehicle in a safe manner
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional behavior when interacting with customers and the public
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Physically able to handle the labor required for the role
• Comfortable working in changing priorities and able to stay flexible and upbeat
• Strong customer service ability
• Able to read and follow both written and spoken instructions
• Aware of and able to follow all safety rules and precautions
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Must be able to clear a criminal background check
• Telephone-related experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
