About the role

T&S is expanding quickly across the GCC, delivering integrated corporate business and digital services end to end. The company is hiring a Business Development Associate for Abha, Jeddah, and Dammam in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive business objectives by building, strengthening, and managing the Certified Partner network.

Working within a customer-focused organization, you will help assigned Certified Partners shape both short-term and long-term business plans. You will also identify priority initiatives for the period ahead so partners can improve customer satisfaction and move toward their goals on time. The role requires close coordination with partners, regular follow-ups, market awareness, and a willingness to travel to markets outside the immediate work location.

Responsibilities

  • Create an excellent experience for both customers and partners.
  • Share organizational programs and policies with partners and support their execution.
  • Plan and run partner-led lead generation activities and events to attract new customers.
  • Maintain a regular review schedule with partners to track progress and alignment.
  • Build a strong understanding of each partner’s business model, operations, and customer base.
  • Circulate timely work updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitors and stay informed about their market activities.
  • Keep up with market movement, trends, and dynamics in the assigned segment.
  • Be prepared to travel to outer markets beyond the primary location when needed.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT sales, partner management, or similar roles involving proactive lead generation.
  • Background in IT hardware distribution or partner management is preferred.
  • Strong spoken and written communication abilities, along with solid selling and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Good grasp of B2B buying behavior and SME operations.
  • Understanding of company policies and processes related to customers and partners.
