Bartender/Mixologist

Role overview

As a Bartender/Mixologist with Hilton in Saudi Arabia, you will help create memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving beverages with consistency, warmth, and professionalism. This role is centered on hospitality, attention to detail, and smooth bar service that contributes to an enjoyable stay for every guest.

What you will do

• Welcome guests with a cheerful, service-oriented approach and look for ways to enhance their experience.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks in line with standard recipes and service expectations.
• Keep bar stock in order by arranging beverages, glassware, and other supplies so service runs efficiently.
• Handle transactions accurately through the POS system, including cash, cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Track inventory and make sure beverage items remain fresh and meet quality standards.
• Manage sensitive guest situations, including intoxicated guests, with tact and professionalism to support a safe environment.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness rules at all times to protect guests and team members.
