Role overview

The Associate Manager for Facilities Management at MAF Retail’s Head Office in Uganda is responsible for keeping assets in proper working order and ensuring they are maintained regularly according to set standards.   • Maintain adequate levels of maintenance consumables and essential spare parts so required items are always available.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and take appropriate action during emergencies when needed.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation connected to maintenance and equipment activities in line with internal procedures.
  • Help submit reports and suggest improvement opportunities whenever required.
