Role overview

The Assistant Nurse position at Mediclinic Ibn Battuta in Dubai is focused on supporting patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care. The role is carried out under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and requires adherence to professional ethics, clinical standards, and the regulations set by the relevant authorities and the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in coordination with the wider multidisciplinary team, while following established clinical standards and applicable legislation.
• Help maintain patient safety by spotting, preventing, and managing risks in line with the organisation’s policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Play an active role in ensuring positive patient experiences by contributing to a supportive and welcoming care environment, as directed by nursing leadership.
• Help build a learning-focused workplace that strengthens staff capability and competence.

Education and experience

A Nursing Diploma is required. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in their home country. UAE experience is considered an advantage.
