Role overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for an Assistant Store Manager position at the Tesco Extra store in Wexford, County Wexford. The role is onsite and follows a 30-hour weekly schedule. The pay rate is €15.70 per hour.
Holland & Barrett is looking for someone who can lead by example, support team development, and help deliver strong commercial results while creating excellent customer experiences. What you will do
- Work closely with the Store Manager to guide, support, and energise the team.
- Coach colleagues so they can provide outstanding service and form strong customer connections.
- Keep the store operating efficiently with a consistent focus on customers.
- Improve trading results through sales growth, cost awareness, and strong day-to-day operations.
- Make sure stock levels, promotional activity, and visual presentation stay accurate and well maintained.
- Maintain high standards in compliance, safety, and wellbeing throughout the store.
- Help with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development so the team can perform well.
- Stay current with product knowledge and health and wellness trends through training.
- Complete Qualified to Advise training so you can offer informed guidance to customers.
