Role Overview

This telecalling internship is based in-office and involves handling both outbound and inbound calls. The role combines client interaction, lead qualification, query handling, CRM updates, and support toward sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and manage incoming calls related to support, enquiries, or order-related assistance.
• Spot and develop promising leads by understanding customer requirements and guiding them through the sales funnel.
• Respond to customer concerns, help resolve service or product issues, and share accurate information.
• Keep customer records current in the CRM by logging call results, notes, and scheduled follow-ups.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets such as call activity levels and sales numbers.
• Stay informed about product updates, service changes, and company policies so conversations remain accurate and effective.

Eligibility

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, stay for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest to the role.

Location

The opportunity is available in Agra, with additional locations listed as Lucknow and Kanpur Dehat.

Working Schedule

The internship includes a 5-day workweek.

Stipend

The monthly stipend is INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
