About the internship
This role offers hands-on exposure to product, operations, and e-commerce work within a Mumbai-based business that serves institutions across digital, gifting, tech, and e-commerce needs. The intern will work closely with the Founder in an early-stage faith-tech environment and contribute across product execution, marketplace operations, and business support.
Core responsibilities
- Check the website and mobile app for defects, usability gaps, and other issues, then log, rank, and monitor them until closure.
- Support product planning, feature checks, and release validation activities.
- Handle routine e-commerce operations such as order processing, payment follow-up, and logistics coordination.
- Partner with the development team to confirm bug resolutions and validate new feature rollouts.
- Help bring temples and sellers onboard to the platform.
- Carry out market research, competitor tracking, and product analysis.
- Draft SOPs, internal documentation, and product-related reports.
- Share ideas for product enhancements based on user feedback and direct observations.
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on product, operational, and business initiatives.
Who should apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai, ready to begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, and able to commit for 3 months. Preference is for candidates from Mumbai with relevant skills and interest. Computer Science Engineering students may apply, and freshers seeking jobs are also eligible.
Stipend
The stipend for this internship is ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 per month.

Additional information
On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected compensation is ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,00,001 per year. The internship is designed to give practical exposure to Product Management, QA, E-commerce, Marketplace Operations, Payments, Logistics, and startup execution.
