Role overview
This internship focuses on logistics and shipment monitoring support. The selected intern will help track shipments moving through hubs or in transit, review the ageing of pending delivery proof documents, and flag delayed or stuck shipments for escalation.
Key responsibilities
- Track shipments that are parked at hubs or moving between locations and share timely status updates.
- Monitor the ageing of pending Proof of Delivery documents and highlight delays.
- Spot shipments that are stuck and escalate issues caused by regional limitations or capacity constraints.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to start between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Candidates should also bring relevant skills and interest for the role.
Required profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, B.Com, or BBA.
- Working knowledge of IT systems, especially Transport Management Systems (TMS), along with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical ability to work with large datasets for ageing analysis and delay detection.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Compensation and perks
The stipend is INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible work hours, a 5-day work week, informal dress code, and free snacks and beverages.
