Key responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through cold calling and follow-up from lead lists.
- Present the product range clearly and help customers select suitable gemstones.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals, and keep following up on active leads.
