About the internship

This field-based internship is designed for candidates interested in sales, retailer development, and market expansion. You will support the company’s outreach to local shops and help strengthen its retail network in Saharanpur.

What you will do

  • Find and build a pipeline of potential retail partners such as confectionery stores, bakeries, medical shops, school canteens, and kirana stores.
  • Visit prospective retailers to present the company’s products and evaluate placement and selling opportunities.
  • Support the creation and execution of sales plans aimed at increasing retail reach in assigned areas.
  • Develop rapport with shop owners, understand their needs, and gather feedback from the market.
  • Travel across allocated localities for field visits and business development work.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, retailer conversations, and likely sales opportunities.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, can begin between 5 June 2026 and 10 July 2026, are available for the full 2-month duration, and are based in Saharanpur. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a strong interest in sales and business development.

Additional requirements

  • Preference is for students pursuing or recently completing a BBA or MBA who are keen on sales, business development, and field marketing.
  • You must have your own two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling within assigned areas for market visits.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills are important for this role.
  • You should be comfortable approaching shop owners and maintaining professional business relationships.
  • The company is looking for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and open to a field-sales environment.

Stipend and structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000. This amount is structured as a fixed component of ₹5,000 per month plus incentive pay ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month.
