Structural Design Engineer

Role OverviewThis position is for a structural design professional working on building projects. The role centers on concrete structure analysis and design, with a focus on delivering engineering support for building components and coordinating closely with multiple project stakeholders.Core WorkCarry out analysis and design for concrete building structures using ETABS.Prepare structural design work in SAFE and through spreadsheets, including foundation systems, shear walls, columns, and floor elements.Support discussions with the client’s consultant and provide technical clarifications when required.Work with internal back-end teams to resolve drawing-related queries and provide necessary explanations.Coordinate with architecture, execution, and other discipline teams to keep design work aligned across the project.Track engineering deliverables and maintain proper documentation for all outputs.Technical ExpectationsThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with concrete structures and be comfortable using ETABS and SAFE for structural analysis and design. Familiarity with design of foundations, shear walls, columns, and floor systems is important, along with the ability to communicate design intent clearly to consultants and internal teams.Additional InformationThis role is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India and is a full-time onsite position.EligibilityApplicants should be structural engineers with practical experience in concrete structure design and project coordination for building projects.
