The role is responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s social presence across platforms, improving awareness, encouraging audience engagement, and contributing to lead generation efforts.What You’ll DoYou will manage the social media presence for PairaLabs and, where relevant, its clients by planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple platforms.The role includes maintaining content calendars, running campaign coordination, improving post performance for visibility and engagement, and keeping track of social media trends that matter to the business.You will work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure messaging supports overall business objectives.Community interaction will also be part of the job, including timely and professional responses to comments and direct messages.You will monitor performance data, compile regular reports, and use findings to adjust strategy and strengthen results over time.Skills and Experience RequiredApplicants should bring strong experience in social media marketing and social media optimization, along with hands-on exposure to managing several platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important, especially the ability to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.Experience in content strategy is needed, including building content calendars, connecting posts to marketing goals, and tailoring communication for different audiences.Familiarity with social media analytics, key performance indicators, and the ability to interpret campaign data is also expected.Experience of 1 to 3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or a closely related field is preferred; background in tech or SaaS will be an added advantage.A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related area is preferred, although equivalent practical experience may also be considered.The role requires the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Bhubaneswar, manage time well, and collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams.Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma, or with video editing, will be considered a plus.Additional NotesThis is a full-time role based in Bhubaneswar with a hybrid working model.
