Overview
Naughty Paw is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a full-time, on-site role at the physical workplace with no remote-work option.

Experience
Applicants should have between 1 and less than 7 months of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Allocate sales staff to their daily duties.
- Approve merchandise returns when appropriate.
- Set and manage work schedules.
- Sell products as needed.
- Compile reports covering sales results, merchandising activity, and staff-related matters.
- Handle concerns such as customer requests, complaints, and inventory shortages.
- Keep inventory organized and up to date.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of team members.
- Handle cash operations.
- Supervise payroll processing.
Supervision
This role oversees a team of 3 to 4 employees.
