Parts Coordinator

Job Overview

The Parts Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and ensuring the timely processing of all parts moving in and out of the warehouse in compliance with Liebherr's quality standards.

Primary Duties

• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
• Accurately convert purchase orders into sales order entries in the system.
• Track and improve the efficiency of parts handling processes.
• Manage and expedite orders to meet deadlines.
• Provide precise quotes for parts and components as required.
• Place orders for stock with suppliers and maintain comprehensive, accurate records and reports.
• Offer knowledgeable advice and support regarding parts to customers and team members.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in parts coordination or similar roles.
• Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with mining excavators and their parts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and personal time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
