Operations Associate - Westfield Riyadh

Role overview

This role supports the smooth running of the mall by helping maintain tenant satisfaction, making sure internal standards and safety expectations are met, and keeping daily operations on track across different teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with tenants while ensuring compliance with Cenomi Centers' operational standards.
• Record tenant concerns and service requests, then track them through to resolution.
• Support tenants throughout shop fit-out, handover, and evacuation activities.
• Work closely with leasing, contractors, suppliers, and relevant mall teams to coordinate operational needs.
• Monitor the upkeep of shared areas and participate in health and safety inspections.
• Handle routine mall operations and take on additional tasks as business needs require.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field is required.
• Prior experience in operations and facilities management is needed.
• Hands-on experience in tenant relations, customer management, property operations, and client engagement is expected.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
