Role overview
SMRT Corporation Ltd is hiring a Media Coordinator to support the smooth execution of advertising campaigns and related operational activities across station, in-train, and HDB display assets in Singapore.
What you will do
- Track campaign progress to make sure every job is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee the setup and dismantling of advertisements.
- Carry out regular station inspections, covering posters, panels, in-train displays, and sticker placements.
- Check HDB display panels on a routine basis.
- Perform islandwide competitor audits.
- Help diagnose and resolve issues affecting station digital screens and HDB display panels.
- Take photo evidence of completed digital postings and save the records in the shared drive.
- Support filming and event activities across all assets when required.
- Ensure vendors follow authority requirements as well as SMRT safety and security standards.
- Assist the team with day-to-day operational needs.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates are preferably educated up to GCE A Level or O Level standard. Prior experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.
