Lead Product Manager

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape and steer digital products so they solve real user problems and remain valuable over time. The position calls for someone who can set direction, decide what matters most, and help the team deliver against that plan while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and design goals. The work is highly cross-functional and involves keeping product delivery running smoothly across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Build a shared view of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap together with the Product Owner and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the product journey end to end, including planning, release, refinement, and scale-up.
• Create, validate, and improve user flows using experiments and insights drawn from data.
• Carry out user research and review usage metrics to guide product choices.
• Convert strategy into precise requirements that engineering and delivery teams can act on.
• Assess possible solutions, rank feature priorities, and adapt offerings for different customer groups.
• Support stronger adoption, engagement, and long-term growth of the product.
• Handle budget planning, resource allocation, and funding-related needs.
• Work closely with teams in engineering, design, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Make sure the product meets quality, security, performance, and regulatory expectations.
• Keep documentation current, facilitate productive meetings, and monitor progress against delivery plans.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or solution design.
• Hands-on exposure to Agile ways of working, cloud-based environments, design thinking, and modern product development methods.
• Strong capability in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
• Background working closely with engineers and designers.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to keep learning.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are advantageous.
