Role overview
As an Installer, you will handle the safe and efficient setup of products such as home appliances, furniture, and advanced electronics at customer sites. The position focuses on delivering a smooth customer experience through accurate installation, clear communication, and professional on-site service.
Key responsibilities
- Transport and deliver items safely to homes or business addresses.
- Unpack, assemble, and install different product types in line with manufacturer instructions and internal standards.
- Carry out checks before installation and test products after setup to confirm they work correctly.
- Explain product use, basic upkeep, and simple troubleshooting steps to customers.
- Respond to customer questions or concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Prepare required records such as installation notes, delivery proof, and customer feedback documents.
- Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles in proper working condition.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures at all times.
- Work closely with dispatch and customer support teams to complete installations on time.

Requirements

- Prior hands-on experience in product installation, assembly, or a similar role.
