Role Overview
The Head of Operations will be responsible for steering operational planning and day-to-day execution for Eventexpo Technology Solutions in Chennai. This role focuses on building efficient processes, managing production activities, developing staff capability, and ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the operational direction and turn plans into effective execution.
- Supervise production-related operations and support the growth and development of the team.
- Make sure workplace and process safety requirements are consistently followed.
- Handle budgets, allocate resources wisely, and control operational spending.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 4,80,000 to INR 7,20,000.
