Export Executive (MBA)

Role overview

Aarti Pharmalabs Limited is hiring an Export Executive (MBA) to support export operations, documentation, incentive claims, and shipment coordination for its Mumbai location. The role involves working across export compliance, logistics, and internal coordination to help ensure smooth and timely dispatches.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with export incentive processes, including advance authorization/advance licence, Duty Drawback (DBK), and RoDTEP.
• Help compile and submit paperwork needed for export incentive claims.
• Track and update records for export incentives, licences, and claim progress.
• Coordinate documentation and follow-ups with CHA, customs, and DGFT-related stakeholders.
• Prepare and review export papers such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, VGM declarations, and related certificates.
• Ensure export documents are sent to customers and internal teams within the required timelines.
• Keep export files structured and audit-ready for compliance purposes.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and CHA teams for shipment planning.
• Monitor shipment movement and share dispatch updates with internal stakeholders.
• Support export order execution according to dispatch plans and customer deadlines.
• Update export order and shipment data in SAP/ERP systems.
• Maintain shipment trackers and export data registers.
• Prepare simple MIS reports for export and logistics activities.
• Use MS Excel for data handling, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.
• Coordinate cargo movement from the plant to the port with transport providers.
• Assist in logistics invoice handling, service entries, and reconciliation work.
• Work with supply chain, production, regulatory, finance, and sales teams to keep export execution running smoothly.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who have at least 1 year of experience and are based in Mumbai.

Additional requirements

• MBA candidates with specializations in logistics, supply chain, finance, or international business are preferred, including freshers from those streams.
• Prior internship exposure in exports, logistics, supply chain, or documentation will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and dates
