Evening Supervisor

Role overview

The Evening Supervisor will be responsible for leading and energising the team so the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard. A strong focus on customer experience is central to this position, with the expectation that every shopper receives prompt, helpful, and friendly service.

Location

This role is based in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland, with the work location listed as Monread Road, Naas.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee the team to help maintain efficient day-to-day store operations.
• Inspire and support staff while setting a positive example on shift.
• Work closely with day management and supervisors to implement layout changes correctly.
• Maintain high standards in stock rotation, merchandising, and front-facing presentation.
• Help onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Handle customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner and in line with store policy.
• Promote and adapt to new initiatives and updated ways of working.
• Represent the Centra values of being proud, energetic, imaginative, and community-focused.

Candidate profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment and manage several tasks at once under pressure.
• Good organisational skills, with the confidence to delegate and support colleagues effectively.
• A team-oriented approach with the ability to motivate others.
