About the opportunity

This role is a strong starting point for people who want to build a career in software development with a major multinational organization. The hiring company is looking for motivated early-career talent to join its Software Development team through a Hire-Train-Deploy program focused on Oracle and Talend.

The position is aimed at fresh graduates and junior IT professionals who want structured training, real project exposure, and a pathway into enterprise application development. Prior hands-on experience with Oracle or Talend is not required because formal training will be provided.

Training and deployment model

Selected candidates will first complete around 2 months of instructor-led training in Oracle and Talend. After that, successful participants will be assigned to a live enterprise project with a multinational client and will continue learning through on-the-job training while working across different stages of the software development life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in roughly 2 months of focused training in Oracle and Talend.
• Finish the technical learning modules and assessments assigned during the training phase.
• Move into the application/software development team after training is completed successfully.
• Build practical experience on enterprise projects through on-the-job training.
• Support software development tasks across the full software development life cycle.
• Work with senior developers and project teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
• Keep learning new tools, technologies, and development approaches as the role progresses.

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of IT experience.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or an equivalent language.
• Basic SQL or database knowledge is helpful, though it is not compulsory.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Strong interest in learning new technologies and building a long-term software development career.
• Comfort working in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment.
