Role Summary

The Data Analyst will support decision-making across the organisation by turning raw data into useful insights. The position involves examining datasets, creating dashboards, and producing analysis that helps teams understand performance and spot opportunities. You will work closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to interpret results and turn findings into practical recommendations. The role also contributes to improving how data is gathered, maintained, and used so teams can rely on accurate information when shaping strategy.

Responsibilities

• Review datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and areas where the business can grow.
• Create dashboards and reports that monitor important company metrics.
• Partner with colleagues across different teams to respond to data-related questions.
• Convert complex findings into straightforward insights and actionable recommendations.
• Use SQL to write queries and pull data from databases.
• Assist with experimentation and performance analysis for marketing and product activities.
• Check data quality and contribute to better internal data workflows.
• Share analysis and recommendations with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Between 2 and 4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytics role.
• Strong ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience with visualisation platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Careful attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset about business performance.
• Experience handling large datasets or combining data from several sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in data, statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
