Project Execution
- Manage store opening and renovation schedules from WCD to HOTVM for COCO and COFO locations, working only with registered vendors.
- Prepare work plans, carry out frequent site visits, and maintain ongoing coordination with stakeholders including VM, Design, Landlord, Franchise, RBD, multiple vendors, and Operations teams.
- Run project steering meetings, circulate project updates, and complete all required documentation such as site visit reports, checklists, and handover papers.
- Collect vendor estimates, evaluate them, and forward them to the commercial team for purchase order creation.
- Keep project delivery aligned to the target completion timeline of 39 days.
Vendor Development
- Build and develop vendors in line with forecasted needs and immediate project demands.
- Arrange for two new vendors as required in the area.
Quality Control
- Maintain a consistent quality standard across all stores.
Repair and Maintenance
- Ensure repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently and within the required timeframe.
Scheduling and Timelines
- Plan and monitor the completion of work for each project.
Snag Closure
- Resolve all snags within the specified deadlines.
