Role Overview
This part-time, on-site internship is for a Telecaller Cum Admin Executive. The selected candidate will handle student and parent communication, support counselling efforts, maintain important records, and assist with routine academic administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents and support counselling interactions with clear, effective communication.
- Update and manage records related to materials, students, attendance, and other data in MS Excel.
- Track enquiries, pending fee follow-ups, and other student-related pending tasks.
- Work closely with faculty members and help manage everyday academic operations.
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Strong communication ability is important, along with comfort in handling data and coordination tasks. The role also expects proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to communicate in the languages needed for the location.
