About the internship
This operations internship offers hands-on exposure to the day-to-day functioning of a fast-moving startup ecosystem. You’ll support core operational activities, help keep workflows efficient, and gain practical experience across process management, coordination, research, and administrative support.
What you'll do
- Help maintain and refresh operational workflows, procedures, and internal documentation.
- Support data entry, tracking, and basic analysis using MS Office and Excel tools.
- Communicate with internal teams as well as outside contacts in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of events and workshops.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the operations function.
- Carry out research tasks and prepare summaries or reports when required.
- Contribute to team efficiency by identifying issues early and approaching work with initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
