About the internship
This remote HR internship is designed for motivated students and recent graduates who want practical exposure to human resources, talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement. You will get hands-on experience with how organizations source, assess, hire, and support talent.
Working with hiring teams, candidates, and business stakeholders, you will build real-world experience in HR operations, employer branding, recruitment support, and workforce management.
The role also offers structured learning in end-to-end hiring, candidate screening, interview coordination, documentation, HR analytics, and professional stakeholder communication.

Day-to-day responsibilities

- Share hiring progress and interview details with applicants
- Help draft job descriptions and job posts
- Support onboarding tasks and HR documentation work
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement activities
- Prepare hiring reports and maintain recruitment records
- Work with HR and business teams to support ongoing hiring needs
Eligibility and who can apply
Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship and able to begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26. The expected internship length is 6 months, and candidates should have relevant skills and interests.
Suitable applicants include final-year students, post-graduation students, or recent graduates who are interested in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations. Strong verbal and written communication, comfort in speaking with candidates and professionals, and solid coordination skills are important.
