Role summary

This Telemarketer position is centred on outbound lead generation and booking meetings with senior decision-makers for the field sales team. It is aimed at someone who wants to move into a fast-paced sales environment or grow from a customer service background into sales.

Training for this role begins on Monday 17th August.

Key duties

• Make outbound calls to prospects using pre-qualified contact data.
• Use strong communication to capture attention and build interest in the company’s products and services.
• Ask questions to understand a prospect’s needs, budget, and how decisions are made.
• Qualify leads against set criteria to determine whether they are a good fit.
• Follow up by phone or email when further engagement is needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity records in the CRM system.
• Keep product and service knowledge up to date.
• Explain major features and benefits clearly so prospects are more likely to convert.

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling is preferred.
