About the Team and Role

Cloud Data Technologies builds and runs on-premise and cloud-native data platforms and services that support the business. Within this group, the Program Management Office adds structure to planning, governance, and delivery.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of complex initiatives that span multiple teams within a specific platform or product area. You will turn objectives into actionable plans, align cross-functional stakeholders, and help establish reliable delivery practices. The position partners closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams, with strong emphasis on execution, transparency, and ongoing improvement.

Key Outcomes

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs while keeping scope, timelines, and success measures aligned.
• Convert platform or product objectives into organized plans with milestones and coordinated workstreams.
• Maintain steady delivery through program routines, dependency management, and regular progress updates.
• Surface risks early and support decision-making with clear escalation paths and trade-off analysis.
• Foster effective collaboration among Product, Engineering, and partner groups through consistent communication.
• Improve PMO methods by applying governance models, refining processes, and creating reusable playbooks.
• Help strengthen the team by coaching peers and encouraging strong practices in planning, estimation, and risk control.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience managing programs or projects in cloud, data platform, or enterprise software environments, including work across multiple teams.
• Working knowledge of modern cloud and data technologies and how they affect technical planning and delivery.
• Ability to convert requirements into practical, executable plans with clear milestones and dependencies.
• Strong capability in planning, estimation, and risk management in agile or hybrid delivery setups.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and status reporting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exposure to security, compliance, and data governance practices such as GDPR.
• Experience with distributed teams or structured program governance environments is an advantage.
