About the Role

We are seeking a performance-focused Recruiter who can help bring in strong talent to meet the needs of a growing business. This position centers on creating effective candidate pipelines, working closely with hiring managers, and handling the end-to-end hiring process while keeping the candidate journey smooth and the turnaround time efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage suitable candidates through a variety of hiring channels.
• Review applications and conduct preliminary screening interviews.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and assist with hiring coordination.
• Publish and manage job advertisements and keep candidate records updated.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for immediate and upcoming vacancies.
• Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates at every stage.
• Compile recruitment updates and monitor progress against hiring goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal communication, interviewing ability, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Saudi employment regulations and hiring practices.

Additional Information

This role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, onsite position.
