In this role, you will guide the product vision and delivery for Threat Detection and Response, while also defining how AI can be applied within SecOps. You will work closely with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to turn complicated security challenges into easy-to-use, high-impact solutions that help security teams spot threats sooner, investigate with greater confidence, and respond quickly and effectively. This position offers the chance to influence products that help enterprises stay ahead of evolving cyber threats while creating measurable value for customers.
What you will do
- Set the long-term vision, strategy, and release plan for customer-focused Threat Detection and Response capabilities that improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to collect, review, and translate feedback, use cases, and product needs into actionable direction.
- Own and maintain a well-structured product roadmap, using market insights, data analysis, and competitive context to decide what to build first.
- Work across teams to define platform needs that strengthen the user experience and improve dashboard functionality.
- Act as the customer advocate for engineering and leadership teams, keeping end-user needs central to product decisions.
- Partner with engineers to ensure dashboard solutions are dependable, scalable, and efficient, while making clear prioritization trade-offs.
- Support go-to-market planning by working with product marketing and sales on messaging for the user experience and dashboarding capabilities.
- Create sales-enablement assets such as whitepapers, blog content, presentations, and demos to highlight dashboard features.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, with a strong history of delivery and execution.
- Good understanding of security operations tools and concepts, including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and Threat Intelligence.
- Background working on B2B SaaS products and comfort operating in complex decision-making environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working effectively with customers and cross-functional partners.
- Analytical, data-led approach to prioritization and product planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is considered an advantage.
