Role Overview
This position is focused on managing SAP SD-related support, customization, and process improvement to strengthen business agility, responsiveness, and IT compliance. The role requires close coordination with business and IT teams to ensure stable application performance, smooth rollouts, and reliable data and reporting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Use SAP and other IT applications to improve operational efficiency, business responsiveness, and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day application support, including ticket monitoring and maintaining system stability.
- Work to meet 100% SLA adherence and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders across IT and business teams.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with departments and business formats.
- Guide, support, and mentor the support team.
- Track data quality across the application using exception reporting and hygiene controls.
- Ensure timely delivery of MIS through reports, dashboards, and tools that help business decisions.
- Support business teams during application rollouts and help ensure new solutions go live without disruption to critical processes or data.
- Gather and document business requirements with support from end users.
- Understand new system features and configure processes to align with workflows while improving efficiency and preventing data or process gaps.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom programs, change requests, and reports.
- Assist with UAT during rollouts and implementations.
- Create SOPs and training materials for process communication, deployment, and practical usage within applications.
