Role Overview
Kind Crew India is looking for a junior-level Data Analyst who can turn raw information into practical insights that help guide business decisions and support growth. This is a full-time, on-site position in Australia for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and contributing to problem-solving across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Gather data from different sources, then clean, organize, and analyze it.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that make insights easy to understand.
- Look for trends, patterns, and opportunities that can improve business performance.
- Check data for accuracy and consistency using validation and quality-control steps.
- Draft analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Work with teams across the organization to understand business needs and data requirements.
- Contribute to reporting, business intelligence, and ongoing improvement projects.
- Keep clear documentation of data sources, methods, and reporting workflows.
