Role overview

Home Walkers is hiring a Creative Content Creator to produce engaging social media content that strengthens brand visibility, boosts audience interaction, and supports business growth. This is an on-site position based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

What you'll do

• Develop content ideas from initial insight through to final execution, not just individual posts.
• Create content that improves engagement, reach, awareness, and measurable business outcomes.
• Cover live events with timely Arabic and English social media content.
• Plan, edit, and publish short-form vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts in both Arabic and English.
• Work across multiple brands, industries, and content styles at the same time.
• Appear on camera when needed and contribute personality-led content.
• Research business, marketing, technology, culture, and emerging trends to uncover fresh content opportunities.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience creating social media content that performs well.
• Arabic proficiency is essential, along with strong Arabic copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Strong English writing skills and the ability to shift tone and style for different channels.
• Solid understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, algorithms, and content consumption patterns.
• Ability to think creatively, find compelling hooks, and spot strong storytelling angles.
• Experience with content strategy, content pillars, audience segmentation, and brand positioning.
• Ability to review content performance data and turn insights into better creative decisions.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving creative environment.
• Comfortable generating ideas independently and not waiting to be directed at every step.
• Portfolio submission is required, and applications without content samples will not be considered.
