Role Overview
As an Associate in the Seller Experience team, you will help design, build, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance seller experience and grow seller business from early-stage planning through scale. The role also involves working on the end-to-end hyperlocal construct and contributing to improvements in omni-channel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot opportunities to improve marketplace processes and develop structured solutions for issues affecting seller experience and seller growth, while owning the initiative from design through execution.
- Perform detailed analysis to define a program’s objectives and key results, and use data to support business decisions.
- Study market trends and benchmark against industry practices to help shape important initiatives within the ecommerce marketplace ecosystem.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as category management, supply chain, finance, legal, and tech to ensure smooth program execution and make adjustments when needed.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and newsletters to improve visibility of programs for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor initiative progress against timelines and expected business impact.
- Raise issues promptly and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to keep initiatives moving in the right direction.
- Improve overall omni-channel speed, including D1, D2, and Match SLAO2D performance.
- Streamline operations across both FM and seller workflows, and identify ways to reduce breaches while keeping speed as a priority.
Required Skills and Experience
This role calls for someone comfortable working with marketplace and seller operations, using data to drive decisions, and coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.
