Overview
This is a practical, hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to grow their abilities and build a long-term career in manufacturing. The Bundaberg Windows & Doors branch works on the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects. The team is currently seeking an Assembler to join its experienced and upbeat workforce.

The Role
Comprehensive training will be provided for the assembly and fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and screens. Candidates with exposure to commercial fabrication, aluminium assembly, glazing, glass handling, or the use of saws and power tools will be viewed favourably.
What You Bring
- Background in aluminium fabrication is beneficial.
- Good physical fitness and prior experience with manual handling.
- Dependable, on time, and able to travel with a current driver’s licence and personal transport.
- Willingness to learn quickly and follow directions carefully.
- Ability to understand and work from detailed production paperwork.
- Clear communication skills and a strong commitment to safe, accurate, and efficient work.
