About the internship

This role is a hands-on recruitment internship for someone who wants to build a career in talent acquisition. The selected intern will support the hiring team in identifying, coordinating, and engaging candidates while learning the day-to-day workflow of recruitment operations. Strong spoken English and a proactive attitude are important for success in this position.

What you'll do

• Search for and shortlist candidates through different hiring channels.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules for applicants and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate details organized and current in the recruitment database.
• Help plan and run recruitment drives, job fairs, and related hiring activities.
• Provide day-to-day administrative help to the recruitment function.
• Work with the team to draft job descriptions and attract suitable applicants.
• Support reference verification and background screening activities for prospective hires.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, commit to a 6-month duration, and bring relevant skills and interest in recruitment.

Stipend and pay structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 14,000. The pay breakup includes a fixed amount of ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month plus an incentive component of ₹2,000 per month.
