Internship overview
This in-office inside sales internship is based in Gurgaon and is designed for candidates who can commit full time for 3 months and begin immediately. The role is focused on lead generation, prospect qualification, outreach, meeting scheduling, and follow-up support through the sales cycle.
What you will do
- Find and research potential leads through LinkedIn, job platforms, and campus hiring communities.
- Assess prospects using factors such as organization size, hiring needs, and purchase intent.
- Record outreach efforts and follow-up updates in the CRM each day.
- Arrange demo calls with HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and campus placement officers.
- Send post-demo follow-ups, monitor replies, and keep conversations moving forward.
- Assist with proposal coordination and support the founder until the deal is closed.
- Maintain a persistent 5-to-7 step outreach sequence without losing track of any lead.

Compensation
