Role overview
Infosys is looking for a Software Developer to join its delivery team in Bengaluru East. In this position, you will work closely with clients to support quality assurance, resolve issues, and help maintain strong customer satisfaction. The role also involves understanding business and technical needs, shaping solution designs, and contributing to reliable service delivery in a technology environment.
What you will do
- Serve as a client-facing member of the delivery team, with a focus on quality, issue handling, and client satisfaction.
- Review requirements, evaluate designs, and confirm architecture choices to support strong service outcomes.
- Take part in effort estimation and provide input for delivering solutions.
- Support technical risk planning and participate in code reviews as well as unit test plan reviews.
- Guide teammates toward producing efficient, high-quality code while following organizational standards and processes.
- Contribute to building dependable systems that support clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
