About the Role
Prodoc AI is hiring an inbound Sales Development Representative to help grow outreach and generate opportunities in the healthcare space. The role focuses on identifying promising prospects, starting conversations through outbound channels, and moving interested leads toward demos and product discussions.
Responsibilities
- Find and qualify new leads using calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Study and reach out to prospects in the healthcare sector.
- Handle inside sales conversations by nurturing leads, setting up demos, presenting the product, understanding customer needs, and supporting deal creation.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for leads and interactions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach approaches.
- Stay consistent in meeting or surpassing lead generation and meeting goals.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Solid research skills and confidence in outreach-based selling.
- Prior exposure to inside sales or lead generation will be an advantage.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is ₹5,50,000 to ₹9,00,000.
