About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in overseeing various technology and product development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure projects reach milestones on schedule. Key tasks include sustaining detailed project documentation such as plans, task trackers, timelines, and meeting notes, while continuously monitoring progress to detect delays or bottlenecks. Organizing and actively participating in team meetings by setting agendas and tracking action items is essential. You will help define project requirements and priorities with stakeholders, enhance internal workflows and coordination, and provide regular status reports to management. Identifying risks and escalating concerns appropriately is also part of the role. Additional operational responsibilities supporting company growth will be assigned as needed.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed education in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines preferred.
- Strong organizational skills along with effective communication and proactive follow-up capabilities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Basic understanding of software development or technology project management is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks efficiently.
