Oracle HCM Performance Consultant

Job SummaryThis role is for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Performance Management and Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW). You will take charge of implementing, setting up, and supporting these modules while working alongside HR, EHS, and business teams to build solutions that scale, support compliance, and align with organizational practices.Oracle Performance ManagementDrive the functional rollout of Oracle Performance Management, covering goal management, performance reviews, check-ins, ongoing feedback, and talent review links.Set up performance templates, rating frameworks, calibration processes, and evaluation flows.Convert business performance procedures into Oracle-based configurations.Support annual and mid-year review cycles.Work with HR leadership to improve performance processes and user adoption.Oracle Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW)Implement and support Oracle Health and Safety Incident Management.Configure incident logging and investigations, safety permits and actions, compliance reporting, and corrective/preventive action processes.Ensure the solution follows local and global EHS regulations as well as internal safety policies.Assist with audits and compliance monitoring through Oracle HSW features.Functional Consulting & DeliveryRun requirement-gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test cases.Handle system setup, unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, OTBI, and extensions.Provide support after go-live and suggest continuous improvements.Train HR and EHS users and create end-user guides.RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.Direct experience with Oracle Performance and Health & Safety modules.Strong knowledge of HR processes and industry best practices.Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.Exposure to additional modules such as Core HR and HR Help Desk is an added advantage.Additional InformationThis opportunity is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a full-time, on-site position.No salary, stipend, number of openings, start date, or application deadline was specified in the source.
