About the role

This role is responsible for designing, running, and improving the programs that help employees onboard, move through role changes, and continue developing over time. It combines program leadership, facilitation, and ongoing process improvement.

The selected candidate will oversee the quality and delivery of onboarding, transition, and development experiences from start to finish. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, this person will often represent the learning team at key moments in employees’ journeys.

Key impact

  • Lead the complete lifecycle of learning programs, including content updates, pre-work, delivery, follow-up, and measurement after the session.
  • Maintain the program schedule and ensure every session is arranged, resourced, and delivered on time and at a consistently strong standard.
  • Act as a primary contact for People Business Partners and Global Talent leaders on scheduling, enrollment, and participant experience.
  • Work closely with the Learning Technology and Operations Specialist on logistics, attendance lists, survey setup, and LMS data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience Designer to turn improvement ideas into refreshed learning materials and content.
  • Facilitate core learning sessions in both virtual and live classroom settings for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • Support broader Global Talent programs as an additional facilitator when needed.
  • Demonstrate strong facilitation practices, including inclusive participation, flexibility in delivery, and confident use of virtual and in-person tools.
  • Help manage vendor partners and outside facilitators supporting programs in the portfolio.
  • Own the feedback process by collecting survey input, analyzing trends, and using the findings to continuously improve content and learner experience.
  • Test new approaches to program delivery and engagement that support Peloton’s goal of being a leading L&D organization.

What you bring

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a similar field, with direct ownership of end-to-end programs in a corporate setting.
  • Strong facilitation ability in both online and in-person environments, with experience engaging audiences from frontline employees to senior leaders.
  • Proven success managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • A clear continuous-improvement mindset and the habit of refining programs after each delivery.
  • Experience with onboarding, crossboarding, or employee lifecycle programs is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle several workstreams at once.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams and levels.
  • Quick learner who can adopt new systems and tools with ease.
  • A collaborative, low-ego working style and willingness to step in wherever the team needs support.
  • Experience in high-growth or consumer/retail environments with a mix of hourly and salaried employees is an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay range for this New York City–based role is USD 123,600 to USD 151,850 per year. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, business needs, and work location.
