Learning & Development Manager

Overview

This remote contract role is for a Training, Onboarding, and Learning & Development evaluator. The position focuses on reviewing AI-produced work and judging it against role-specific quality standards.

Compensation and commitment

Pay is set at $80 to $120 per hour. The engagement is remote and requires a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI-created materials using subject-area rubrics to confirm they are accurate, thorough, and professionally executed.
• Spot issues in documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks, including factual mistakes as well as visual and formatting problems.
• Write organized, actionable feedback that helps improve the quality of the outputs.
• Use strong domain knowledge to evaluate responses with sound judgment and consistency.

Requirements

• Substantial background in Training, onboarding, or Learning & Development is required.
• You must have either native-level or professional-level English fluency.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is needed, with particular experience in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• A Master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
